You then bill your clients as part of their monthly bookkeeping charges.

How is the data secured?

Citrix manages the security through a 128 bit encrypted connection from your computer to our server. There is a two level authentication process, first a user id and password are required to access the Citrix network, second a user id and password are required to access your Quickbooks files. For clients that demand a higher level of security, for an additional charge we can provide you with a secure token that changes your password every 2 minutes. Our servers are located at a Tier 1 data center that use biometric identification techniques to gain access to our servers.

Do you back up my data?

NovelASPect.com performs a daily backup of our servers to an offsite location. For an additional charge, we will provide you with a backup CD monthly or weekly.
